Leka Zogut's lawyer, Aranit Roshi, said that Prince and Elia Zaharia shared details of their separation and explained how they ended up in physical violence.

Until the mother gets married, she has the right to live in this apartment for the rest of her life. He has the right to use the apartment unlimitedly, only if he creates another marriage. There is another property agreement with a commercial premises with a considerable area. We have assessed parental responsibility to the mother" , said the lawyer for "Abc News".
How did they end up in physical violence?
"He went on the 5th for a routine meeting with the girl. When he went to the girl's room, his father-in-law was also there. He asked to leave her alone with her daughter. He did not accept and used offensive and derogatory language. He tried to run away, he became violent. He grabbed it by the sweatshirt, we have the pictures, it is damaged in the back. Then he expressed physical violence by damaging his limbs. Afterwards, he left by going down the stairs and since he was facing violence, he took out his phone to document the violence. If he did not record that video and if the mother filed a criminal complaint for domestic violence, it would not be surprising that Prince Leka is arrested as a violent person," added the lawyer.
