Analyst Arben Meçe spoke about today's decision of the Supreme Court according to which the case of "January 21" will be investigated by SPAK. He said that in addition to Basha, other former ministers will also be investigated, who were involved in Sali Berisha's scenarios to hide the traces of state murders.
According to him, it was absurd that SPAK initially refused to investigate the case declaring incompetence.
"It would be absurd for the Supreme Court to oppose the decision of Strasbourg. Strasbourg put Albanian justice on the track. It was absurd at first that SPAK rejected it. The 4 murders and protocol injuries will now be included once again in the investigation. The chain is only a Sali Berisha. Basha was out of the executive scheme. Basha together with another package of ministers, those who got into the script that produced the pen, the putschists, the establishment of the parliamentary group, all of this was done within a dirty script. This scenario failed thanks to some recordings that showed that the killing was not done from outside. The doctors declared that the murders were done at close range. Even the prime minister himself said that the murders were done by bullets that do not belong to the guard. This was scenario C. There are people who participated to build this scenario even Basha will be part of the investigation. Colleagues are part of the scenario", said Meçe for Report TV.
