The moment when the police handcuffed the young man who caused the terrible accident at the artificial lake dam is published. Eldi Allushi, 26, was taken into custody.

The accident happened around 05:00 this morning, while the author was traveling with a "BMW X6" type vehicle.

In the footage of the security cameras, it appears that for just three seconds the vehicle driven by the 26-year-old from Durrës, from Rruga e Kosovare, collides with the tree and continues the movement perpendicularly over the part of the dam, but luckily there were no injuries from the pedestrians who were running of the morning.
