The Associate Professor for International Relations, Ardit Bido, collided this evening on the show "Open" with the analyst Genc Burimi.
While the Beleri case was being discussed, and a study published by Bido about the false self-declaration as a Greek minority in the south of the country, Burimi addressed him saying that he cannot talk about this issue as he is a party to the government, recalling that he is in the position of Director of Archives.
Bido has reacted by saying that he is not a party nor does he have a conflict of interest.
Excerpts from the debate:
Ardit Bido: For Fredi Beleri, there was a lot of pressure from the Greek state. Two mayors met Beleri and today they left with 70% of the votes against. They sold a very strong nationalism that Greece needed for the census to artificially increase over 20% from people who do not identify as Greek in Himara and Konispol. They needed Beleri because in Himara, when the figure of 14.5% of people who call themselves Greek is not exceeded, they needed a mayor like Beleri. When this was not done, Greece remained silent.
Genc Burimi: Why should we trust you? You are a party, you are in conflict with Beleri.
Bido: I am not a party.
Source: You are a party because you are in a judicial conflict with Beleri. You are also an employee who is paid by the Government of Rama.
Bido: For your mentality…
Source: Don't use the word mentality because I don't allow it.
Eni Vasili: Let the source answer.
Bido: For your mentality that you don't even know how to listen but only talk, and you don't say anything smart, being paid by Albanian taxpayers, is paid by the prime minister. I am paid by Albanian taxpayers.
Source: So from the Albanian government.
Bido: From the taxpayers. I apply the law of public administration perfectly, for the task I do very well and I have not resigned myself for a post, can I answer? About the things you say, I am not in conflict with Beleri.
Source: Broçkull is yourself. Keep cursing. Yes, hoe, I will curse you.
Bido: Taxpayers pay me for a job I do very well. I did a scientific study that is accepted by the best Albanian and Greek professors!
Source: You are paid by the Albanians, so shut your mouth, shut your mouth. I do not care.
Bido: You are interested in Greekizing the south of Greece, it is your job. I have done a scientific study, which is accepted by Albanian and Greek professors. That position of work does not make me the same as it does you change depending on the payment you receive. I am depoliticized, I have never mentioned in favor of Rama, against Kurti.
Source: You are only pro Rama...
Bido: Can I say that Greece committed genocide on us, but not you, that you are a party, because you are in conflict with the file we are going to discuss? Why am I party? I, who did a study and found that Beleri is for 20%, am I a party?
Source: Yes
Bido: Fact? Doing a scientific study is a party?
