After the stadium with a tower, Albania will also have a Supreme Court with a tower. In early April, the National Land and Water Council approved the development permit for the High Court and Train Tower facility. Capital publishes photos of the project, which will be built on New Boulevard.
The construction company is StarTek of businessman Lulëzim Mehmetaj. As seen in the photo, the Supreme Court will be a low building of 4 to 5 floors, while a high tower will be built next to it, the number of floors of which has not yet been made public.
The construction of the Supreme Court by a private company is an identical scheme to that of the Air Albania national stadium. In this case, the construction formula has not yet become known. If the Supreme Court is going to be built with private company money, what will it get in return?
Beyond this, the construction of a new building for the Supreme Court raises the question of what will happen to the existing building, located in the center of Tirana, in front of the Ministry of Finance. Will another high tower be erected instead of the court to compensate the private?
