Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu spoke about the approval of the new Electoral Code. He described the voting for changes in the Electoral Code as comic theater.

"This is a comic theater that puts an end to the dilemmas of the public who thought they were dealing with a political war with Ramas and Berishas. Rama is using Berisha as a patron Nazi with whom he is achieving his political goals. This comic theater revealed the use that Rama is making of Berisha. He uses it as a dummy to scare the Americans.
