Based on the case of former deputy Gerti Bogdani, Dr. Aurora Dollenberg from the Federation of Albanian Doctors in Europe, has commented on the phenomenon of cardiac arrests.
Dollenberg said cardiac arrests can unfortunately happen to anyone, but there are some tips that can minimize them. She said that to eliminate cardiac arrests as much as possible, we need to eat well, run and not have accumulated stress.
" Regarding cardiac arrests, there are several aspects that we can prevent. First, good food is good for health. Secondly, we must have an active life, walking for half an hour every day. Thirdly, stress should also be eliminated. Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone unfortunately and is related to the body's immune system. These people go into a nervous breakdown and the heart can stop.
If someone can barely breathe, we must give first aid, notify the emergency. The state should take measures to reduce the time that the ambulance comes to help the patient. The antiCovid vaccine has saved lives, but it also had side effects. It was undeniable that the patient died with the Astra Zeneca vaccine, but the mortality rate was very low ," she said in "News 24".
