The Special Prosecutor's Office has seized the phone of the wife of the former UKT director Redi Molla within the framework of the ongoing investigations for the 5D file.
The sources inform me that the device was seized during the checks that SPAK made in different premises with the aim of finding documents or other items that would serve the investigation.
The representatives of the prosecution in the service of the file will also carry out the actexpertise in search of possible evidence.
A request has already been submitted to the court through the lawyers for the return of the phone.
The hearing was scheduled to take place this Thursday, but was postponed to April 23.
Redi Molla is the former director of the municipality of Tirana and once, according to SPAK, the de facto owner of the 5D construction company.
The other director Mariglen Qato was also arrested for the same subject, while they gave tenders to the subject in a conflict of interest./ Ora News
