The heavy rainfall that has hit Lezha since midnight has caused numerous problems, mainly in urban areas.
The sewage system has failed to cope with the large amount of flows, causing flooding in the "January 11" residential block in the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood, as well as an area of about 11.2 hectares.
The water level has reached up to 40 centimeters, blocking the entrances to buildings and significantly hindering the movement of pedestrians and vehicles. Flooding has also been reported in several segments of the Lezhë-Shëngjin axis.
Meanwhile, a lack of electricity is also reported in most of the territory due to bad weather. The relevant teams are working to normalize the situation.
