An unusual event occurred in Roskovec, where a 69-year-old man under house arrest decided to try his luck with a disguise that seems to defy logic.
Jorgo Hatiaj went out into the village streets dressed as a woman, with the aim of not being recognized by the police. The citizen who saw him filmed him and reported him, while asking the police for immediate intervention.
The footage shows Hatiaj approaching the camera, attempting to hit the citizen, and then running away. The Fier Police intervened after being reported, identified him, and arrested him in flagrante delicto.
The investigation team referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. Hatiaj is convicted of domestic violence and the charges against him are expected to be aggravated for violating the house arrest measure.
