After 11 years from the murder of Elvis Dedaj alias Muharrem Habili, who in Durres was known by the nickname "Loshja", with the help of two associates of the Justice, Skerdi Tasi and Nuredin Dumani, SPAK has managed to uncover the two perpetrators of the event, while another named Enea Priest of wine under investigation.
"Ora News" has learned that the murder of Elvis Dedaj was committed by Henrik Hoxhaj and Festim Qoli alias "Festja", who have already been charged and are awaiting trial with the rest of the people who are part of the "Dumani" file .

After returning to Durrës and leaving his fiancée at home in neighborhood no. 6, Durrës, around 2:45 p.m., he left in the direction of the "Rock of Kavaja", where the deceased went to the "Rio" beach.

The repentant Skerdi Tasi claimed in SPAK that Elvis Dedaj killed Henrik Hoxhaj with a "Skorpions" machine gun, who was in the car with Festim Qoli, who encouraged and pushed Henrik to commit the crime for him.
Tasi told the prosecutors that Henrik Hoxhaj himself had told him this, as if to give him proof that he had committed murder before. "...telling me that although he considered the deceased as his son's godfather, he had agreed to kill him for Festimi, whom he considered a brother..." Tasi said.

While the other repentant Nuredin Dumani, during the interrogation, told SPAK that Elvis Dedaj was executed by Henrik Hoxhaj and Festim Qoli was in the car with him as driver.
According to Duman, Enea Prifti had notified Festim Qoli by phone about the location of the victim, as Enea had previously had lunch with the victim Elvis Dedaj.
Duman has shown that Henrik shot at the victim. After the murder, Henriku and Festimi left with the "Mistubishi" vehicle, which they then set on fire.
