Millions and millions of ALL have been spent, but Arbri Street is not only unfinished, but seems to be completely out of standards.
A few minutes of rain were enough and some parts of the road and the Murriz tunnel were flooded. According to a video published in the media, it can be seen at the exit of the tunnel as water "flows" from a part of it.
The water then flows onto the asphalt outside the tunnel making it difficult for vehicles to move on one side.
