Journalist Artan Hoxha has commented on the seizure of assets worth over 40 million euros, as part of the investigations being conducted by SPAK into the "AKSHI" file.
Hoxha also focused on the way in which, according to him, the tender pre-determination scheme has functioned in this institution, emphasizing that investigations are revealing a detailed corruption mechanism.
"What I would call interesting about this investigation is the fact that the scheme of how the system worked is finally being unraveled."
It can be clearly seen how the entire scheme was constructed, from start to finish, how the administration was influenced, how taxes and tenders were managed, and even various assets were involved.
The people involved acted without fear and with the intention of illegally profiting.
"They demanded everything 'with a bang' and wanted to take it as if it belonged to them. They were not afraid of anyone," Hoxha said on the show "The Unexposed".
Hoxha added that of the total seized value of €40 million, a portion consists of €7 million in cash, while the rest consists of real estate.
