ONM recommended that the case be reviewed by the KPA, arguing that the interpretation of the KPC based on proportionality was not clear.
Based on this recommendation, Commissioner Darjel Sina found that the Commission's decision contains such legal circumstances that make it vulnerable in its entirety.
He asked the College to review the case and re-assess the assets in use and possession of the subject of the revaluation, with a source declared from her father's income.
In the College, the finding about the state of conflict of interest of the subject was also dealt with because the company owned by the father had won public tenders.
However, Public Commissioner Irena Nino, who replaced Sina, during the final conclusions, reasoned that the conflict of interest could not penalize the entity and asked for the Veting Commission's decision to be upheld, first instance.
The College accepted the withdrawal of the Public Commissioner, leaving in force the decision of the KPK.
Atalanta Zeqiraj will now be remembered for an unprecedented, kamikaze and illegal act against the media, which until today have been the biggest ally of SPAK and GJKKO./Backstage
