GJKKO has released from the cell the entrepreneur Leonard Gjini, whose company had taken over the works in the warehouse where the explosion occurred in Lushnja and father and son lost their lives.
GJKKO leaves in effect the suspension from duty for 5 officials of the municipality and IMT.
After the investigation file regarding the explosion with serious consequences in the business of MP Bujar Çela was transferred to the SPAK for competence, this Monday the Special Prosecutor's Office requested a re-evaluation of the measures that the Court of Fier had set.
Most of the people who have been charged are without security measures, except for the suspension from duty of 5 employees of IMT and the Municipality of Lushnja, while the only one who was arrested is Lenonard Gjini, whose company had taken over the works. Now he will be released by the decision of GJKKO.
At least up to this stage, there is no official accusation against the deputy by SPAK, or any request made known to the Assembly.
The Prosecutor's Office of Fier claimed that there are elements of the panel offense also by the socialist deputy and for this reason they declared incompetence.
