Albania and Italy will finalize on Tuesday the agreement on the mutual recognition of social security contributions.
The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, will make an official visit tomorrow during which he will sign the agreement with his Tajani counterpart. The agreement comes as an obligation and right to Albanian, Italian and Italo-Albanian citizens, who have worked with dedication for 30 years and have contributed to the economy and social progress of both our countries.
The aim is to reaffirm Italy's support, both bilaterally with a wide range of cooperation in areas of common interest, and multilaterally, especially in European integration, reaffirming Italy's support for an accelerated integration process up to in 2030, as declared by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tajani.

- 11:00 - Minister Hasani will hold a meeting with the President of the Commission for European Union Policies, Giulio Terzi di Sant'Agata.
- 16:30 - Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the group "Friends of the Western Balkans" and MFAs of the Western Balkans, at the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, Antonio Tajani.
On February 6,
- 10:00 a.m. - Meeting with the Italian counterpart, Antonio Tajani, and signing of the social security agreement.
* 11:00 a.m. Statement for the media by the two ministers.
- 14:30 - Meeting with the President of the European Affairs Commission, Alessandro Giglio Vigna.
