The court hearing for the extradition of former KLA fighter Dritan Goxhaj has been postponed to September 19.

The session was postponed because the defense attorneys requested the replacement of judge Alma Kolgjoka with the argument that there is a conflict of interest to consider the request for extradition.

Dritan Goxhaj was arrested on July 31 of this year with an arrest warrant issued by the Special Court of Kosovo with the aim of extradition to The Hague. Goxhaj is accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Intimidation during criminal proceedings" and "Obstructing an official in the performance of official duties", provided by the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kosovo.

A few days ago, he rejected the request for his release again.
