The largest and most trusted insurance company, SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria, celebrates the 25th anniversary of its establishment, for which a meeting was organized with the company's staff in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia where the achievements were discussed during this quarter of a century and the objectives for the future.
The meeting was opened by the founder and CEO of "SIGAL UNIQA", Mr. Avni Ponari, who emphasized the successes and achievements of the company during these 25 years.
According to him, nothing was easy in the beginning, while thanks to the work done, the professional customer service, the most innovative products on the market and the timely payment of claims, today the "SIGAL UNIQA" Group is the leader in insurance in Albania. , Kosovo and North Macedonia and among the 50 largest in Southeast Europe.
" Today is a special day. A day that makes us feel some emotions and see the future differently. Because we were the ones who started with little capital and today we have reached these numbers which are very important. This is your work, the work of all the staff, it is our work all these years.
On the other hand, we have increased, we have improved and we have reached these results, which I think are quite good ", said the founder and CEO of the "SIGAL UNIQA" Group, Mr. Avni Ponari, among other things in his speech.
" We are better than others. We are the first! Even Kosovo, North Macedonia and all of us as a group. And we count among the 48 largest companies in Southeast Europe. What makes us proud of the work we have done.
We have always aimed to innovate. We have been demanding of ourselves. We asked to do everything right. But our ideas have always been in conflict with those who develop IT. Despite the fact that they are much higher, but in the implementation of our ideas, our programs, they have not managed to respond to the level of our company. And this requires more work for the future because today the insurance, banking and finance industries in general are 100% automated. Serving the customer better than ultimately that is the goal.
In all our work, we have started from some principles and norms on which we have done for the construction of SIGAL's structure, on the basis of departments, in order to be different from what other companies have. And this has been our specialty.

After Mr. Ponari, the heads of departments at SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria and the company's leaders in Kosovo and North Macedonia took the floor, who made a balance of work during the past years and plans for the following years.
Then, Mr. Ponari distributed "Statues of Gratitude" to employees and agents with the most years of contribution to "SIGAL UNIQA".
The meeting ended with a festive lunch, under the joyful sounds of the "SIGAL UNIQA" String Orchestra.
