Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that Washington is the one who determines which figure will rise in Albanian politics.
In an interview for "EuronewsAlbania", he said that Basha is projected as the next prime minister of the country, but according to him, Rama supports Berisha, so both will try to hinder Basha on the way to the restructuring of the DP.

It doesn't matter what the name is, it is enough to be under the Americans' name. Edi Rama has a political opponent, while Saliu has opponents within the party. Rama will prevent him, he is with Saliu. There is no agreement, he says that they never win. But he has nothing to do with this Rama, he will hit him with his own media, but the problem is how capable Basha is in his performance ", said Ngjela.
