Some time ago, the show "Stop" on TV Klan broadcasted the problem of Mrs. Dafina Peci, a resident of the village of Gjinar in Elbasan, who denounced the judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu. Lawyer Çlirim Gjata said that it is absurd to have two decisions in this way. Elbasan's prosecutor, Enkeleida Millonai, closed the case to judge Fetahu, dismissing the latter. "Stop" requested a copy of the register of dispositions, a register where all court decisions are recorded. In the copy of this register, it turned out that the decision has 312.4 and not 383.4 dunymes of land, indisputable evidence that shows the falsification of Judge Fetahu.
Today in 2025, most of the properties in the village of Gjinar in Elbasan, benefited by Petër Topi, have been sold and alienated. "Stop" goes to Gjinar to verify this fact from the residents affected by the falsified decision of Pajtime Fetah.
