A 30-year-old woman has complained to the editorial office of the show "Stop", saying that she was raped by the Administrator of "Gania's Center", a weight loss center in Tirana. Initially, the complainant, together with her friend, took advantage of the package offered for 600 thousand old lek.
When the treatments began, the center's owner, Ganimete Kadëna, spoke harshly to her. Due to some dissatisfaction, the lady says that when she started the slimming session, the equipment was not fully operational and instead of doing a 60-minute treatment, she ended up with 30 minutes.
This situation ended in an argument and the center owner slapped him.
" I came here after being raped by a weight loss center, it's called "Gania's Center" with administrator Ganimete Kadëna. I saw an offer there that was for February 14, it was 600 thousand lek. I started with a friend, we weren't shown any rules and we weren't asked if we were okay or not. The manager there did the same. I was with my friend, I was having a chat, but they weren't shouting, I wasn't bothering anyone.
This turned the volume of the TV up to maximum so that we wouldn't talk. We didn't turn it back on, neither me nor my friend, because she was the manager and we didn't want any kind of conflict. When my friend laughed, she would tell us, "Can you stop laughing?" and she would sew our mouths shut. The whole problem with me was with the equipment, it wouldn't start, it wouldn't heat up, we wouldn't do the minutes we had paid for. When I weighed myself, I didn't get any results, on March 19th when I went I had the same problem with the equipment. I always talk to those chicks who always work there and they wouldn't agree to turn on the equipment, so I left, because I didn't want any conflicts.
I go to the hot tub, the device wasn't heating up, I wasn't sweating and I ask that chick if she had turned the temperature up to maximum, they said yes and were laughing at each other. The next day I go, the manager was there too and she says can we talk, I say yes, and she tells me what happened yesterday, who are you to insult me. I told her I didn't insult her, she said you don't know who I am, I'll take you and slam you against the wall. She didn't slam you against the wall, but she slammed my face. I was frozen, I had the phone in one hand and I froze ," the complainant says.
Under these conditions, the police were notified and administrator Ganimete Kadëna admitted that the situation had degraded to physical violence.
"After that, I called the police and she admitted that she raped me. She said I touched you with my hand because you cursed at me. She insisted that I had cursed her, because according to her, this was the reason she had turned to physical violence. The police asked if they wanted to take the incident further, to file a complaint. I did not file a complaint because I did not want to get my family into trouble. I had 11 sessions in total, while I had 7 more left for cellulite. I was supposed to get my money back, but I did not get my money back," the complainant added.
Things ended there and the complainant asked for a refund for the unused sessions. But after leaving a negative impression on the site, the center's owner told her that the slaps weren't enough.
