Journalist Artan Hoxha today described the murder of a judge at the Court of Appeals as an unprecedented moment in the 113-year history of the Albanian state, and directly links the event to the failure of institutions. Hoxha emphasizes that the execution of a judge "in the courtroom" broke every national record and demolished the "protective halo" that keeps the state afloat, making the event more than an isolated crime.
In his response, Hoxha harshly criticizes the way the government and the justice institution have managed security and public communication. He points out the reaction of the prime minister, who according to him appeared by demanding stricter laws on illegal weapons and blaming the justice system for tolerating illegal gun owners; for Hoxha, this is an inappropriate and insufficient response. The journalist also accuses that failures in the management of security and the justice reform, for which the prime minister appears as the originator, have created a climate where crime attacks the very foundations of the state.
Hoxha concludes with a strong call for institutional accountability and deep public reflection; he reminds the government of its past actions, including the use of engineering forces in cases of explosions and claims of “permission” to use violence, and rhetorically asks when they will answer for the consequences. His response turns into a political and moral indictment of the media landscape, and raises as a priority the restoration of public trust through thorough investigations and changes in the security management of justice institutions.

The Court of Appeals, today, turned into a crime scene, like never before in the 113-year history of the Albanian State. The murder of a judge in the courtroom, as soon as he had read the final decision, broke every national record in the justice system. They had experienced countless criminal events, but not to the point of executing a judge in the courtroom….
The protective halo that keeps the state afloat was razed to the ground today at noon. As if the disaster that plagued Albanian justice and society were not enough, the country's prime minister appeared with the "sharpness" of the Sun, demanding the tightening of the law on the possession of weapons without a permit, even blaming the justice system itself for being tolerant of illegal gun owners!!!!!!!! O father of the nation, come down from the heavenly height of the VIP stand of the "Santiago Bernabeu", because the sun cannot be covered with a sieve. What happened today in the state, which you have had under your hooves for 12 years, is not simply the work of illegal weapons. It is the failure of an entire state, but especially the failure of that reform in justice, which you beat your chest every day as its creator and implementer.
More ironic is the fact that the "father" and the biggest promoter of the state explosion with TNT "with permission", from north to south against the homes and businesses of his citizens, comes out and shouts that those Moors, with weapons without permission, are to blame!!!! During the past week, the only mine-explosive engineering teams in the Republic of Albania, which worked with high efficiency, were the government engineers who blew up the homes of the residents of Theth and the mine-explosive engineers of the Dubai guys, who blew up, with a remote-controlled explosion, the 58-year-old Isuf Jacaj from Saranda. It's pointless to ask you? How is your TNT situation these days, time?! Who are you going to lay the cable to next week and when will you distribute the video recording of the next TNT explosion from your address on social networks?!
