Indications of interference in SPAK's computers were confirmed today after an official response from the Special Prosecution Office confirming the arrest of two people.
The cyberattack has managed to penetrate the emails of 3 special prosecutors of SPAK, while the email address of the head of this institution, Altin Dumani, has not been able to be decrypted.
Analyst Ervis Iljazaj tells "Top Story" that SPAK is an institution that is attacked by politics, and the latter influences public opinion to fear it.
"Hacking can also happen in more important institutions. The Kremlin or the Pentagon have been hacked. Journalists have discovered more important plans in America and have won the trial. The most important discussion is what Anila (Hoxha) said. Are people afraid of SPAK, or do they believe it? I think this thing has a number of interests in Albania. Until now, we have been afraid of politics. Now I have the impression that another institution is emerging that balances politics and we are moving to another extreme. Those who are afraid will paint this institution as a bogeyman, which also influences public opinion. I would be afraid of an institution that is not attacked by politics, but not by one that is attacked ," said Iljazi.
