The "Berisha" issue has become a topic of debate between former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani and journalist Arjan Çani.
Invited to the show "Noë" in Euronea Albania, Manjani emphasized that SPAK's letter is a serious provocation for the Parliament, which was opposed by Çani.
The latter, while talking about the security measures, emphasized that if Berisha chooses to make the arrest at home, he will choose the PD headquarters.

Manjani: SPAK's letter is a very serious legal provocation that has been brought to the Parliament.
Cani: But why shouldn't the parliament decide?
Manjani: Formally, SPAK removes responsibility from itself.
Cani: Even though Berisha knew that a terrible enemy was coming to kill him, he did nothing to stop him. There were many opportunities, but now it is too late. Under these conditions, Berisha has only one solution, to die as a hero. The law allows Berisha to choose the place where he will make the measure of arrest, at home, in the office. Berisha can choose to make the arrest at the PD headquarters.
