The fact that the citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri are the persons who have guided and made the decisions regarding the concession company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" sh.pk and the parent company in the Netherlands with the previous name "Integrated Energy BV", has also been evidenced. currently "Geogenix BV", which coincides from the moment of establishment of these companies and continues, SPAK informs.
