The well-known lawyer, Spartak Ngjela has commented on the latest political developments from the ranks of the majority and the opposition.
Njjela says that Meta's recent actions against SPAK show that his assets have been seized unjustifiably.
Even further, Ngjela says that Meta has understood that the process for seizing their properties has begun. On the other hand, the lawyer apparently "predicts the fate" of the "non-woman" where he says that SPAK continues to intercept him.
Not only that, lawyer Ngjela says that there is a union between organized crime and high state corruption, where the economy and money are the key that connects these two components, but on the other hand, this thing damages the state, since the latter was gives concessions to organized crime and the state puts that money in its pocket.
- Why Ilir Meta has recently become scared and started threatening SPAK again. He even said that Altin Dumani is blocking the bank accounts? Is the former president warning of the seizure of his corrupt assets?
Of course, they must have seized it as it is in criminal proceedings for corruption. It may be in pursuit, it may be in accusation, it does not matter much, but they have found unjustified assets and of course they will be seized. The question is, where does Meta have the strength to seek to scare the state? Does he have a gun or not, how will he scare the state? The problem with these actions is not scaring the state, but it is with SPAK. The latter is led by Washington, whom he seeks to frighten in this case. Meta seems to have understood that the process for seizing their properties has begun. Let Meta go to Court and get his innocence.
- Lawyer, you said in a recent analysis that SPAK should bring Sali Berisha to court as soon as possible, since Saliu's conviction saves PD and weakens Rama, in the 2025 elections. Do you think that SPAK, in all this delay for the Partizani file, is prepare all the evidence so that Sali Berisha does not have any arguments in case of arrest, that his trial is political?
First, Sali Berisha is arrested, but is under house arrest as he is 80 years old. If he wasn't 80 years old, he'd be in the dungeon. This has been given to him by the ease of the law, but he is called arrested and he cannot come out. The wiretapping of Berisha continues because who knows what they are looking for. There is a possibility that they will investigate other cases, I don't know, but the one he is accused of was caught in the act and there is no escape or defense, however we have to look step by step at what happened.
- You said that even Rama will go to the devil, if he continues to act as a blocker of the union of Albanians in the Balkans? What do you mean by your comment?
The National Union, two Albanian states in the Western Balkans is nonsense, illogical. The entire National Renaissance, all Albanian nationalism and Albanian patriotism, had two great patriotic demands: one Kosovo and Chameria. Now that Kosovo has come out, the Albanians have it in their hands. In order to start a process of unification, either as a federation, two Albanian states in one federation, this requires precautionary measures regarding the union of both economies. We have no signs of economic union between Albania and Kosovo. We do not have joint investments, in relation to the investments that may be in Kosovo and Albania. They are two independent states, they have their own separate budgets. Why don't they make investments? Make the cities joint investments of the two states that may be related to Kosovo and Albania. -Edi Rama has warned that he will remove from the SP all those who have problems with justice? Do you think that this attitude of the prime minister will give him victory in the 2025 elections?
We don't know this, but he has said this from the beginning, where no one came to his defense. The legal defense should have been that with the votes of the majority, his immunity was removed. If those who have been arrested from Berisha to his own, which is not a small number, if Rama would protect them, his immunity would not be taken away. If the mandate of a member of parliament, a prime minister or a minister is revoked, he cannot be arrested.
