Fredi Beler's associate, Pandeli Kokaveshi, appeared today at SPAK, a few days after he was released.
Kokaveshi went to SPAK accompanied by his lawyer, while he has not spoken to the media.
The appeal of GJKKO set the measure "obligation to appear" due to his serious health condition. According to his lawyers, Kokaveshi had a heart transplant a few months ago.
We remind you that Fredi Beleri, the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the municipality of Himara, was arrested on May 12 in his bar, while offering money for 8 votes in the amount of 40,000 lek. The arrest came after the denunciation to the prosecutor's office by a person who had indicated that he had been offered money in exchange for votes. Likewise, Beleri, according to the prosecution, promised to include them in schemes for the benefit of Greek citizenship and pension from the Greek state. While through his associates, it is suspected that he paid sums from 50 to 200 euros for a vote in his favor. Despite the investigations launched against him, Fredi Beleri won the Municipality of Himara with 19 more votes, in front of the socialist candidate Jorgo Goro.
