The farce of drug trafficker Gjergj Luca has reached its peak. As hundreds and thousands of citizens have been protesting for 15 days, Luca tries to make fun of them through videos on social networks, but it seems that this time he has scored an own goal.
Gjergj Luca, who has appropriated all the military properties and state lands, uses minors to build his mansions. Two days ago he published a scandalous video, in which he boasts that he has hired two children aged 14 and 15. And not just any job, but the two minors work in construction, making mortar and carrying bricks.
But this is modern slavery. The law clearly states that children under 18 should not work. And what's more, in this case we don't have work, we have exploitation of them.
The video, which was later deleted, has sparked strong reactions. Activist Haris Vongli says this is an inhumane act.
" It is unacceptable and inhumane how this man openly violates the law by employing children under the age of 18 in hard labor. But even more serious is that he has the audacity to exploit their fatigue, age and inability, just for a few more clicks! Videos that attack hundreds of thousands of citizens who have filled the streets of Tirana precisely against the model that Luca represents. In fact, you cannot expect anything more from a man who has declared that his religion is Edi Rama. You cannot expect anything more from someone who turns into a monster when he speaks about Albanians, but into a frightened rabbit when he is in front of the one he worships. All those who advocate for Edi Rama on social networks or in television studios have the same language, the same arrogance and the same aggressiveness and disregard. And this for a simple reason: the end of Rama is also the end of them ," she says.
Meanwhile, today the DP has also condemned the act. According to it, children are being used by someone who praises Edi Rama and proclaims it as his "religion." It was Floriana Garo who announced the lawsuit.
" These children working in the heat pump are presented by Luca as an example for the young people who protest in the squares of Tirana against the regime of his master. They are used not only in violation of the law, not only in exploitation and in difficult conditions, but also as a propaganda tool. To say that, look at how Albanians work, and how those who have risen up against Rama should also do. So lower your head, shut your mouth. The Democratic Party condemns not only the use of children as propaganda material, but especially their use for hard labor, in violation of the law. For this reason, we will not stop at this denunciation, but will file a lawsuit with the Prosecutor's Office for violation of the law and employment of minors ," the DP states.
But the scandal is not only this. According to some information available to Pamfleti, Gjergj Luca, through his soldiers, also uses some young people born in 2003-2004 for drug trafficking in Ksamil. Among several names, a young man from Përmet with the initials EM, residing on "Myslym Shyri" street, Tirana, stands out.
