He was arrested by SPAK for corruption, Gentian Bako is released from prison

The Special Court has released from prison the employee of INUV Elbasan, Gentian Bakon, who was wanted by SPAK for a corruption case.

Sources inform me that a day ago the judge of the case, Elsa Ulliri, partially accepted Gentian Bako's request for release from the cell.

Upon his release from prison, he was informed that a security measure has been set, requiring him to appear every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.

The case was initially opened by the Prosecution of Elbasan, where the chief inspector of INUV, Andri Mehja, and the inspector Bardhyl Qehja were proceeded with the security measure "arrest in prison".

From SPAK's investigation, Gentian Bako has found that he cooperated with the INUV chief inspector, Andri Mehja and inspector Bardhyl Qehja, for taking a bribe from a citizen, with the aim of not destroying his tent.
