Journalist Poli Hoxha says that the judge killed in the courtroom on Monday has been the victim of political attacks in the past.
"He himself was the victim of attacks when he gave a decision in the Appeal: Zhukri's decision on the DP Congress. I remember then, the media close to Berisha or even other exponents called him "Yuri Kim's servant", that's how it is, that's how it is" , Hoxha said on A2 CNN.
He added that all Albanian politicians are complicit in the climate towards judges and prosecutors, as they attack them whenever their interests are affected.
"We are creating an anti-justice climate and an anti-justice front, which in one way or another infects, poisons people, gives them courage, emboldens them. Regardless of where it comes from, we hear that every time an interest is affected, even for a bar, the Prime Minister comes out. For a bar that a judge in the Appeals Court tells the IKMT that "it was his property and you have no right to demolish it, the Prime Minister himself comes out and attacks. The same thing happens from the opposition: Mr. Berisha comes out with any judge or prosecutor who has a job, or even with the head of SPAK himself. From breakfast to dinner they are criminals, they are servants of these people.
"If you, as a politician and leader of the majority, and the other as leader of the opposition, create a climate that is infected with all justice, the other, a little uneducated, a little nervous, a little even with criminal tendencies, reaches this point," said Hoxha.
