Protest and property conflicts – Residents of Imshti in Lushnja protested against the construction of a photovoltaic complex by Elton Çekrezi, denouncing permit fraud and dubious financial sources.
Investigations and seizures – SPAK has sent former mayor Elvis Rroshi to trial for economic damage of 33 million lek from tenders. Meanwhile, the police seized assets worth 200 thousand euros belonging to two people convicted of drug trafficking, Pajtim Braçaj and Gjino Lleshaj.
KLA in The Hague – The trial of former KLA leaders continues in The Hague with closing statements. Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti emphasizes that the KLA war was just and did not have the intention of exterminating civilians.
NATO and the US – The United States will hand over two operational headquarters to European allies, while taking command of NATO Naval Forces, redistributing responsibilities within the Alliance.
