Former police chief Shemsi Prençi said that he had family acquaintances with the families of Bedri and with Xhemal Loka.
Prençi adds that from his information the couple has always had problems, while the deceased was a victim of systematic violence.
"Due to a circumstance of knowing both families, I will stop at two main moments. Both families are from the same area where I am and I, neighboring villages, are two excellent families in Dibër. For the sake of truth, it must be admitted that there was violence here. I have appealed to Xhemal Loka's brother not to make mutual accusations as the deceased's brother has said, who said that in 23 years of marriage, she has not spent 23 days of life and peace with that man.
Beyond these words that belong to the families, it turns out that there were problems in the couple, there was systematic violence, there were also problems in the work center where the deceased worked, for the sake of that dirty approach that she made according to the "data of the village ” that a relative opened an account on Tik Tok and denigrated it due to an internal conflict that two cousins had.
I am more concerned about the fact that the case of Bedrie Loka has become a concern in the police bodies, it has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office and has absolutely no solution" , said Shemsi Prençi for "Euronews Albania".
