Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has commented on today's opposition protest.
Spahiu sees it as a lack of seriousness from the opposition that a protest announced for civil disobedience takes place at a time when the official schedule has ended and all the people are at home watching the protest as a show.
"The Albanian people have the right to revolt. A good part of them live on the vital minimum. Most of them suffer for the bread of their mouths. They have the right. Is the popular interest represented decently and enough to protest against the government. The evil is from small, weak, poor, provincial protests.
The protest had 2 basic problems. Only in Albania there is a protest when the official schedule closes when the offices are closed. When the work is over and the officials are at home and watch it on TV. Political disobedience is pressure on officials and the government when they are in office. This is the concept. Civil disobedience at 10 o'clock at night when everyone is at home drinking brandy is a lack of seriousness. Evil is not from strength and weakness," said Spahiu.
