Journalist Elkier Bushkolaj said that the order to restart vetting in the Police seems like a prelude to the release of another file from SPAK.
Bushkolaj made the comments on the show "Now with Erla Mëhillin" on Euronews Albania, where he said that the operations carried out by SPAK had as a common denominator senior leaders of the indicted Police.
He also added that if there is a police vetting, it is being done by SPAK and the SKY ECC application.
" Only the order is new, because vetting in the Police has started for years. The question of testing the Police officers regarding narcotics was also started, but there was no clarification on the outcome of this process.
This order seems to me more like a preview of another file that may come out of SPAK. In the first two files, in 'Metamorfoza' and 'Revanshi', they have a common denominator, they have officers and senior leaders of the Police involved in criminal activities.
