Currently, the emergency forces, including the Municipality of Vlora, UK Vlora Region, the Local Police Directorate, OSHEE and the Prefecture, are focused on solving the problems at four intersections that still remain blocked in the city.
Vlora has been one of the cities most affected by rainfall in the last 24 hours.
The situation has also brought complications in the supply of electricity, with several blocks of flats being left without power due to the presence of water in the electrical cabinets.
