He stole 25 minutes after being released from amnesty, Fatjon Softa: The thief has instinct

One of the beneficiaries of the amnesty, Ardian Isufi, was arrested again a day after he left the cell, after stealing a car in Korça.

The security expert, Fation Softa, said that Isufi had an instinct for the theft. He said that the education and re-education of a person does not come only through isolation.

"It is an instinct of a person who deals with the same criminal act. His arrest was precisely for vehicle theft. Apart from the amnesty, let's say it didn't work or re-education in prisons didn't work. Is it simply canned? Education and re-education does not come only with isolation, it comes with contact, with other forms that must influence inside the cell", he told Euronews Albania.
