"The express is off, there's no coffee," such a sentence is enough to return to the crime scene and kill two young men in Manzë. A true tragedy that happened in the early hours of this morning.
Aranit Kurti, 23, and Daniel Pepa, 21, sat down at the table and asked the waiter, Alteo Pepa, for coffee. The latter was sitting with Flori Paluçi, 33. The customers received a negative response when Pepa told them that she could not serve them, and a verbal argument broke out between the young people.
Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has raised the alarm, saying that checks should be initiated in some of these premises regarding the arming of individuals.
"At 1:30 in the morning, one person gets up and hits the person who didn't make him coffee, then the other one gets up and shoots the person who shot him. One in three cars comes out with a gun. In these bars, which are known to have elements, checks should be done. I said that checks should be done, they didn't. We have come to the illegal arming of these criminal groups, just like in '97 ," Karamuço says, among other things, on the "Top Story" show.
