The testimony of Alma Kaçi, the girl in the video scandal with the former mayor of Kukës Safet Gjici, has been clarified by the media.
Alma told the prosecutors that she went to the office with Gjici only twice and accepted oral sex willingly, as she thought that her partner loved her.
"This time the action on my part was not forced, since I am single and I was thinking maybe that Gjici had started to like me" - Alma declared before SPAK prosecutors.
According to Alma, she met Gjicin only twice in the office. The first time, according to her, she presented the project about dogs and felt sexually harassed by him.
When he went to the office the second time, he decided to have oral sex with the mayor himself, while he had also activated the video camera.
"I spoke with the mayor Safet Gjici the day before and left the meeting for the next day at 10:00 in the morning," says Alma in the testimony.
The next day, when the intimate scenes were filmed, she says that she took with her a bag and the files with the project that she requested from the municipality of Kukës regarding the dogs.
"Meanwhile Safet Gjici wrote me to go at 9:30 and I went to his office. I entered the mayor's office where I had the bag with the documents and the drink in a cardboard box with me. After entering the office, I left a file on the table with the documents I had prepared and the chairman said to me 'Let's talk later'. I left the documents on the table and what happened next is what has circulated on social networks", says Alma.
Further, she says that after the act was completed with her consent, the mayor called the vice-president to the office and "I talked with him about the dog project".
We exchanged e-mails and I would start the project in electronic format, concludes Alma.
Meanwhile, SPAK has discovered that the relationship between the former mayor of Kuksin Safet Gjici and the 40-year-old started about three months before the intimate video was made in the office.
