Ardian Gjeloshi, businessman and a well-known character in the Kurbin area, also because of his criminal past, was familiar with the dangers that threatened him.
For this reason, he always drove an armored car and almost avoided going out into the city. Just as he chose to do on Saturday morning, when he drove his armored car deep into the yard of the inert company. But just when he thought that nothing could harm him, at this moment he was attacked with a long volley of bullets. According to the first information provided by the investigative team, the people who opened fire were at least 2 men.
Who got out of two vehicles that had entered the business. Where from then they shot in the direction of their target, in this case Ardian Gjeloshit. Who, upon feeling the bullets, tried to hide immediately, receiving non-life-threatening injuries. Which was not the case with his economist, who could not escape the fury of bullets fired at him, presumably trying to protect the owner. According to the investigative team and those found at the scene, there were at least 50 cartridges. According to the footage provided by the security cameras in the facility where the attack took place, the armed persons arrived at the exterior of the company in two different vehicles. They followed each other quickly. The scorpions had not yet marked 7:00, when they appeared there with a 'Range Rover' car, which on its front hood, carried a police uniform and a smaller car, type 'Golf 5'. According to what the security cameras have documented, only the members of the firing squad got out of the vehicles. Who were holding a Kalashnikov weapon in their hands. Cameras have captured at least 2 shooters, but there are believed to have been more.

After this armed attack, Ardian Gjeloshi is said to have gone alone to the nearest hospital. Although injured, he was able to give his own armored car and appear at the hospital. While the police, who immediately surrounded the area where the crime took place, were unable to find him there at first. “Shërbimet e Policisë Vendore kanë shkuar në vendngjarje, ku është rrethuar zona dhe ka vijuar kontrolli i territorit. Ndërkohë është ngritur një grup i posaçëm hetimor nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë për zbardhjen e rrethanave të ngjarjes, identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit/ve. Në ndihmë të Policisë vendore kanë shkuar edhe forcat Kombëtare të Sigurisë dhe Forcat Speciale RENEA.
Sipas dinamikës së ngjarjes, autorët kanë qëlluar nga jashtë firmës, ndërkohë plumbat i kanë kapur gjatë momentit që po futeshin në zyrë. Në këtë moment i pranishëm ka qenë vetëm roja i objektit dhe shënjestra ka qenë pronari i firmës i cili dyshohet se është qëlluar për shkaqe hakmarrje”, sqaron policia.

Në këtë çast brenda tyre ndodheshin Ardian Gjeloshi dhe ekonomisti i firmës së tij, 70 vjeçari, Selman Mihana. Kamerat e sigurisë kanë fiksuar edhe momentin, kur autorët dalin me makinat e tyre jashtë rrethimit të firmës së inerteve, dhe po nga një degëzim dytësor, shkojnë poshtë urës së Milotit, aty dhe djegin automjetet dhe humbasin gjurmët. Ajo që duket e paqartë është nëse dy automjetet i ka pritur një tjetër makinë apo jo. Apo autorët kanë zgjedhur të largohen në këmbë. Po përse u qëllua Ardian Gjeloshi dhe cilat janë problemet me të cilat ai është ndeshur gjatë viteve të fundit, çka e kanë detyruar edhe të lëvizë me një automjet të blinduar?
