There are rumors that they also receive financing from individuals and businesses that are under investigation; but again, they intend to extort as much as they can from the state budget, to pay for the expenses of the 45-day summer vacation, which begins on July 15.
An information received in "Pamfleti" indicates that the leaders of SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation have asked the Minister of Finance and Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, to grant them a special fund to cover family expenses during the summer holidays. .
They demand that 2.5 million old lek be given as a reward to the bosses and every official, especially those who are part of the investigative processes of politicians and "VIP" criminals, arguing that it is a hardship, stress and life-threatening sacrifice they make.
According to the information, the reward should be made for 128 support officers of SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, that according to them, the opportunity of the financial source, which is related to the result of the attack on the assets of criminal activity, should be used.
Specifically, they request that the reward for their summer holidays in the amount of 2.5 million old lek for each, be given from the value of the millions that SPAK and BKH have confiscated so far from traffickers, smugglers and state officials, such as the 500 thousand Euros that Alda Klosi had hidden in the suction pipe of the cleaner.
The total value of the summer bonus, which is being requested by SPAK and BKH for their 128 officials, is 320 million lek, or as much as 2% of the total value of 16 billion old lek, which they have confiscated in 3 years, but the law does not define such benefit from them.
We specify that they have addressed this request to the Minister of Finance, due to the fact that this department is the administrator of assets and monetary values that SPAK and BKH confiscate from criminal and corrupt activities on behalf of the state.
But Minister Delina Ibrahimaj has neither the law nor the will to grant the "beach check" requested by prosecutors and special investigators, without receiving Bablok's "blessing".
