According to the Constitution, the Audiovisual Media Authority (AMA) and the Chairman Armela Krasniqi are independent, but in fact they are completely dependent on Aleksandër Frangaj, the "monster" of media crimes, towers and resorts, even immersed in billions of landfills.
After destroying "Sat Plus" and grabbing the shares of "Digitalb" belonging to Dritan Hoxha's family; derdimeni Aleksandër Frangaj has also usurped the leadership of the Audiovisual Media Authority, putting his claws in the head and appointing his aunt's son Ervin Çelaj as Director of Inspection and Supervision in AMA.

The most blatant case of clientelism is the illegal attack that the President of AMA, Armela Krasniqi, i.e. Aleksandër Frangaj, using her as a "hammer", continues to make against the "TIBO" Platform, since several years and especially during the years 2022 -2023, is a potential competitor to the "My Clan" and "Digitalb" platforms.
By the order and schemes of Aleksandër Frangaj, the "mother" of AMA is persecuting the "TIBO" platform, violating it with all kinds of extreme actions, on account of the dirty interests of "Digitalb" and "My Clan".
After voting to break the exclusive contract of "TIBO", signed by Vjollca Hoxha of "Top Channel", Aleksandër Frangaj used his aunt's son Ervin Çelaj, Director of Inspection and Supervision at AMA, for attacks, to massacre the platform "TIBO" with numerous fines, suspension of activity and revocation of license.

We say that Armela Krasniqi, for 2 and a half years the president of AMA, in the case of the attack on "TIBO", is the "hammer" used by Aleksandër Frangaj; because the former president of the AMA, Genti Sala, for the "TIBO" and "Digitalb" case, has decided according to the law, that the contractual conflict between the parties follows only the judicial path.
But now that the AMA is commanded by Aleksandër Frangaj, the chairman Krasniqi, does not respect the legal way, but takes sanction decisions without a court decision, starting the attacks against the "TIBO" platform, 1 month after being appointed to the position and so far with 14 fines and license revocations .
The illegality was confirmed by the court, after whose decision, AMA was forced to suspend the removal of the license, but by order of Aleksandër Frangaj; on August 23, 2023, she urged Sandri's cousin, "Zari" Ervin Çelaj, to re-do another investigation and impose 4 more fines on the "TIBO" platform, but this time for the contract with "Tring", when the parties have a cooperation contract Among them.
