It cannot be said that there are no problems with assets in the Cadastre; especially from the confusion created after the madness of the prime minister, who created chaos with an online lottery and a unified system, that the applications and complaints of the citizens of Tirana, Durrës, Fier, etc., are handled by the cadastres of Puka, Erseka, Bulqiza, Has vice versa.
But the best act is undoubtedly forced; that Babloku did on March 9, 2023, is the dismissal of Artan Lames from the position of General Director of Cadastre, who was subordinate to mortgages, legalizations and property commissions.
Bablok's decision has given effect over a year after the expulsion of Artan Lame from the Cadastre, with concrete indicators that prove that the 10-year era of property crimes committed by Lame with his gang has come to an end.
It is evident that after the expulsion of Artan Lame, in the cadastres of the districts of Tirana, Durrës, Kavajë, Vlorë, Sarandë and Shkodër, there are no departures, resignations, turnovers, changes and arrests of directors and heads of mortgages, ALUIZNI and commissions properties.
During the 6 years of directorship of Artan Lame at ALUIZNI and during the 4 years as General Director of Cadastre, the directors and heads of sectors in Tirana, Durrës, Kavajë, Vlora, Sarandë and Shkodër were changed every 1 and 3 months.
For example, Lame changed 38 directors and 112 heads of sectors; even 14 of them stayed in office for 1 day, 1 week and 2 weeks and Babloku threw them away, or found them jobs in the public administration.
While others did not stay more than 4 to 6 months, because they were removed after legalizing and registering assets with false documents; they refused to sign files, or only they were arrested, although before the prosecutors, they declared that they had acted on the orders of Artan Lames.
"Soldier" Lame had no intention of committing property crimes up to the disappearance of ALUIZN's mortgage registers without Bablok's permission and order; but 1 month after dismissing him, Babloku called the cadastre of the "Lame" era as "the scum and shame of Albania".
Since 1 year, the cadastres in Vlora, Saranda, Durrës, Tirana, Kavajë, Shkodër and in the districts of Gjirokastër, Korçë, Fier, Elbasan where there was "scum" with assets, there is no more change of directors, no cases of scandals are being heard.
Another case in the cadastre of Lezha, where 11 employees were suspended for an affair carried on for 5 years from the time of Artan Lame and mayor Fran Frrokaj; with the report of the General Director of Cadastre, Dallandyshe Bici, was beaten by the police, the prosecution and the court.
