2. For the new silo, MP Bujar Çela, according to the contract dated November 27, 2023, has paid 180 million ALL for the works and 70 million ALL for the construction materials, in addition to paying the two victims and 13 other illegal workers that he had brought to the silo.
If the Prosecutor's Office of Fier has not investigated and has not yet entered this financial fact into the criminal file, it should ask MP Bujar Çela where he found 250 million ALL, when in the last two years he declared minimal family income.
While during the preliminary investigation carried out by the police and the prosecutor's office, they found that the land with an area of 1900 m2, where the existing silo with an area of 1050 m2 was built, is state property, a prohibited area with danger from the high voltage line.
