According to the documents made public by Llangozi, it turns out that the Mayor has leased to his uncle's son Avni Byberi, a real estate without competition in open violation of the Conflict of Interest law.
Lawyer Arben Llangozi has produced new evidence that proves the corrupt activity of Mayor Rexh Byberi, at the head of Tropoja Municipality, previously denounced by "Pamphlet".
Through a post on the "Facebook" social network, Llangozi declares that Rexh Byberi and his uncle's son Avni Byberi are destroying a natural, residential and tourist area.
According to him, the lease contract for a forest and pasture area reveals the corrupt affair between the mayor Rexh Byberi and his uncle's son Avni Byberi.

On the part of the owner and pasha of Tropoja municipality Rexh Byberi is acting in open violation of the law, the lease contract with no. 3360/2 dated 01.08.2022 was concluded between the Landlord, Tropoja Municipality represented by Mr. Rexhe Byberi.
The Mayor of the Municipality has leased to his uncle's son Avni Byberi, a real estate without competition, favoring his own cousin.
The above rental contract was concluded in clear violation of the Conflict of Interest law and SPAK should prepare the cell and take measures for this affair.
The property has as its object the provision for use of an area of 0.47ha for the development of the activity related to the production and collection of various construction materials (sand, gravel) by placing a mobile asphalt-concrete plant.
The citizen Rexh Byberi, acting as mayor, and Avni Byberi, the beneficiary of the Lease Contract, have signed and acted in every act in open violation of the Conflict of Interest Law, as both of these Albanian citizens are family members together and both sign by favored each other in corrupt affairs.
Rexh Byberi has given his cousin a grazing area without competition, turning the municipality into an obvious bargaining affair.
This contract was concluded in open conflict of interest, and in open violation of Law No. 9367, dated 7.4.2005 "On the Prevention of Conflict of Interests in the Exercise of Public Functions".
