In the municipality of Vora, the elections have turned into a pure criminal operation, where Mayor Blerim Shera is using dirty money, criminals returned from Gonxhe, and municipal structures to buy votes in support of the minister's campaign.

In the Municipality of Vora, there are no elections taking place, but a pure farce that resembles more a mafia scheme than a democratic process. At the center of this masquerade is Blerim Shera, the mayor who has turned the public institution into an operational base for buying votes – with cash and with the help of people from the dark world.
Shera no longer represents the citizens. He has become the enforcer of an organized criminal electoral network, where every vote has its own price, every neighborhood is controlled by his people, and the city hall office has been transformed into a safe where campaign money is stored.
In addition, Shera has plunged the Municipality of Vora into the worst economic situation it has ever known. Debt, lack of services, and failed management; this is another oppression that is expected to erupt soon.
MP Albana Vokshi has publicly denounced a well-organized structure, where Shera collaborates with specific names:
Flore Zela, in charge of distributing money in the field;
Arlin Papa, director of public services covering six polling stations;
Julian Kasa, KMT inspector who takes care of the logistics of the scheme;
Ermal Dedej who operates in Picara; Mond Sula in Vërdull; and Vladimir Disha together with Agron Mora in the Kuq e Picara area.
Even more worrying is the composition of this structure, individuals with criminal pasts, convicted of murder and drug trafficking, today returned to the game with the blessing of Minister Blendi Gonxhe and the protection of the local police, under the leadership of Elton Shahinaj. In short: crime is not only active, but also guaranteed by the state.
This is not done for Vora or Shera. It is all done for the interest of Blendi Gonxha; he is the reason why the money flows, why the police are silent and why gangs appear. Shera is just a tool. The real winner is Gonxha. Buying votes has nothing to do with democracy, but with power by any means: with money, with fear and with crime. He does not come out in front of the citizens, he buys them.
If justice is silent, the elections are rigged from the start. And if Gonxhe manages to get a mandate through this method, Albania will have another MP who was not elected by the people but by crime.
