Who gives Sandri the power to demolish the law with an excavator? How much does a public road cost in the local government market?
A pure corruption scenario, where the law is violated and the city of Saranda turns into the personal fiefdom of the municipal police director, Aleksandër Lilo, with the aim of collecting money under his belt!
This is the dark portrait that citizens are loudly denouncing about Aleksandër Lilo, the man who, according to them, does not enforce the law, but uses it to exercise urban terror against those who do not pay the "spoiled soup" of bribes.
A few days ago, without any warning, document or administrative decision, Lilo ordered the destruction of the fence of a building built with a legal permit since 2008, in the name of citizen Pando Papuciu, in the city of Saranda.
This unexpected blow to a legal construction raises the alarm for an "official justification" of a corrupt collusion, where the law-abiding citizens of Saranda become the victims.
While the permitted building is urgently demolished as if it were illegal, just a few meters away, another builder, who has occupied the public sidewalk in broad daylight, is not affected at all.
The video of the event, provided by citizen sources, clearly shows the occupied sidewalk, while Lilo and his structures remain silent.
"This is no longer just a violation, it is an urban crime! Aleksandër Lilo must be criminally investigated!", for a series of corrupt affairs, which require the immediate intervention of the prosecution and independent inspections.
Who gives Sandri the power to demolish the law with an excavator? How much does a public road cost in the local government market? And how many others are victims of this rotten soup of corruption that is eroding the foundation of the rule of law?/ Infront Albania
