No one thought that the DP candidate for deputy, Enno Bozdo, the first on the safe list in Berat, would have 26 real estate properties; not because he spoke like an "amber" against corruption in every public television appearance, but because until 2005, when he was 33 years old, he did not have any kind of property.
While after 2005, when he entered the DP's power dome through Genc Pollo, completely silently like a "sneaker", he put 26 real estate properties, registered in his father's name, certified in the Cadastral registers.
From sources within the BKH, "Pamfleti" has learned that based on media reports, an investigation has been launched into Enno Bozdo's 26 assets, acquired after 2005, when he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy during the DP government, and in the years 2013-2015 when he was Deputy Mayor of Tirana.
The basis for starting the investigation into Enno Bozdo's assets is the fact that before and after leaving these positions, he did not declare any assets; while in the name of his retired father, 26 assets were registered during the 10 years when Enno was a senior official in the DP government.
In the investigation launched by SPAK through BKH agents, evidence from previous investigations into Sali Berisha and other former PD-LSI government officials has been attached, where Enno Bozdo's name has emerged as a signatory in many corruption cases.
According to the data, it turns out that in the years 2005-2013, when Enno Bozdo was Deputy Minister of Economy in the "Berisha" government, with former ministers Genc Ruli, Dritan Prifti, Ilir Meta, Nasip Naço, Edmond Haxhinasto and Florion Mima, he compiled files for 92 private HPPs with suspicious documents.
Likewise, as deputy minister, Enno Bozdo drafted and signed documents for the privatization of the former "Partizani" club, where the Berishas built 17 towers with Fatmir Bektashi.
Enno Bozdo's name has appeared in the sale of 4 state-owned HPPs "Bistrica 1-2" and "Ulëz-Shkopet" to the Turkish mafia; in the affair of the sale of ARMO to Rezart Taçi, in the changes to the concession contracts of chrome, copper and "Bankers" and in the privatization files of 213 state assets.
In the years 2015-2013, Deputy Mayor of Tirana, Enno Bozdo's name has emerged as the signatory of the donation of 108 thousand m2 of state land for palaces and towers, but in both positions, there are also traces of other injustices, which SPAK and BKH are investigating.
So far, 26 assets have been identified, the value of which will be compared with the salaries that Enno Bozdo received during the 10 years in the two high positions, during which period it turns out that these assets were invested, but also the fact that before coming to power and after leaving, he did not declare assets.
What the Asset Verification Inspectorate did not do, because Enno Bozdo registered them in his father's name, SPAK and BKH have decided to do, by tracing their financial source.
This is enough to understand that when former deputy minister Enno Bozdo has put 26 properties, one can only imagine what a mess of corruption the "Berisha" family and former ministers have committed during the 8 years of the DP's rule, when Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi were together for 4 years./ Pamphlet
