Australian black file: Will SPAK allow Tomë Doshi to return to parliament?
Olsi Rama and Tome Doshi /

The file states that Tomë Doshi, linked in interests and government alliance with Prime Minister Edi Rama, traffics people with false passports, engages in drug trafficking, money laundering and suspicions of murdering rivals, through his organization "Albanian Crime Syndicate", with dominant activity in Australia and England and connections in Albania and the Balkans...

Former MP "non grata" from the US and Britain, Tomë Doshi, chairman of the Social Democratic Party, bought by former chairman Skënder Gjinushi, declared that he will re-run in the parliamentary elections of May 11, 2025 and will be an MP for the party he leads.

During these 4 years outside of parliament, Tomë Doshi has tested justice, whether it would touch him or not; but neither the prosecution nor SPAK have summoned him for any of the crimes he has committed, including trafficking, land grabbing with threats and violence, money laundering, and ordering murders for hire.

Now, "non grata" Tomë Doshi, emboldened by his inviolability, defied justice, declaring that he will run for MP and will take the mandate for himself and 10 others, whom he will place on the list as candidates of the party he leads, as he has taken before: with millions, with a bang and licenses, construction permits and jobs as Edi Rama's governing ally.

But SPAK has on its table the "black file" on Tomë Doshi, compiled and sent by Australia's Supreme Anti-Crime Intelligence Agency, with numerous evidence as the creator, financier and leader of a group called the "Albanian Crime Syndicate".

The Australian Anti-Mafia Agency, with this file, has informed SPAK that in this mafia group, the "non-grata" former MP Tomë Doshi, has included his family members, also "non-grata", with structured criminal activities in Australia and connections in Albania, England and the Balkans.

The file states that Tome Doshi, linked in interests and party and government alliance with Prime Minister Edi Rama, committed fraud with guarantee documents and fake passports for clandestine trafficking, drug trafficking, money laundering and suspicions of several murders of rivals.

Evidence for these crimes has been uncovered by the anti-mafia investigation team, led by Australian Police Commander "Victoria Paul O'Halloran", Tony Saggers, who has proven that the criminal clan "Tomë Doshi", is not satisfied with just the market for illegal activities, but aims to dominate as a "crime syndicate" throughout Australia, especially for drug trafficking.

The Australian partners have sent the file to SPAK, with the request that, based on the evidence, they strike at the head of the criminal group, former MP Tomë Doshi, by bringing him to justice and extraditing him to Australia, but Tomë Doshi is not being affected, although there are several files with evidence of similar crimes in Albania.

Will SPAK allow the return of Tomë Doshi to parliament; while he has the Australian black file on the table with numerous pieces of evidence, proving that he has created a structured organization in Australia, called the "Albanian Crime Syndicate"?

Let's see if SPAK will act, or will it allow Tomë Doshi to be free and continue his crimes and even return to parliament.

As is allowing the leader of the DP, "non grata" Sali Berisha, who declares that he will become prime minister; although he too has many files of human crimes and corruption cases, for which he is in trial and is being delayed./ Pamphlet
