"La Razon"/ How Edi Rama denied the Chinese "Bankers",
Edi Rama in "La Razon" /

Prime Minister Edi Rama deceived the Spanish media outlet "La Razon", saying that there are no Russian or Chinese investments in Albania, when apart from the "Bankers" of oligarch Oleg Deripaska with concessions in Divjaka; according to the Central Bank, there are 68 Russian businesses in Albania, while the Chinese have partnerships in 87 HPPs and construction, food and tourism companies...

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in order to appear "in favor" of US-EU sanctions policies against Russia and China, deceived the Spanish media outlet "La Razon", stating that there are no Russian or Chinese investments in Albania, or that there is some "tiny" business, negligible to the extent of 0.1%.

We understand the embarrassment that Babloku has from the permits and licenses that he has left in force and granted to Russian and Chinese businesses, in strategic sectors and services in the country, while not implementing US-EU sanctions to remove them from Albania.

Therefore, he lied in the interview with the Spanish media, because in fact, there are many Chinese and Russian businesses in Albania, even in priority and strategic sectors of the economy and national security, which have received state assets for free use for up to 35 years and without taxes.

The Chinese "Bankers" concession in the Fier-Patos-Marinëz hydropower zone is not a "small" business, but an activity through which they receive nearly 400 million Euros per year from the robbery and exportation of Albanian oil on their own account.

The Chinese Bankers do not even pay 10% royalties on oil production, do not pay excise taxes, do not pay any part of their profits to the Albanian state treasury, do not pay any local or central taxes, and are allowed to deceive with false balance sheets as if they are making a loss.

Because you yourself, Mr. Prime Minister, with government decision No. 726, dated 2.11.2014 after you came to power, changed the concession contract to "Bankers", giving it the right not to pay rent, not to carry out mandatory capital investments in oil wells, not to pay excise duties and taxes and to keep 100% of the profit for itself.

Mr. Prime Minister!

Your brother Olsi Rama, with your decision and together with two businessmen Gëzim Mançe and Krivis Meçi, went to China and brought to Albania the company "Zheijang Haiteng Investment Co.Ltd", to build an energy-based industrial park on 500 hectares of state land free of charge for 99 years in the Durrës Hospital.

Mr. Prime Minister! You were mistaken when you said that there are no Chinese investments in Albania, because a report by the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), in collaboration with your government's INSTAT, reported that the Chinese mafia has 1.8 billion Euros invested in Albania in infrastructure, energy, water resources, minerals, customs, health, culture, education, think tanks and RTSH, included in the agreements concluded between them and the Albanian government.

The Chinese received permission to implement the "5G" network in Albania; while the Chinese company CEFC was granted permission for oil, gas and energy concessions, using Dorjan Duçka, former advisor to Prime Minister Rama, as a broker, while the Chinese company "M.POS Limited" was granted a tax concession of 100 million Euros, in partnership with Olsi Rama and Endri Meksi.

In addition to the "Bankers" and other Chinese investments, several Russian mafia groups also have businesses in Albania, among them the oligarch Oleg Deripaska, a close friend of Vladimir Putin and part of the "Rama-Duçka-MCgonigal" gang, with a 99-year agricultural-livestock and energy concession in Divjaka and the oil sector.

According to the Central Bank, Russians own 68 businesses, while Chinese have partnerships in 87 hydroelectric power plants and construction, food and tourism companies in Albania./ Pamphlet
