Are we having the next Rama-Berisha bargain?
The scandal over controversial businessman Fatmir Bektashi's plan to concrete Drilon deepens.
The firm "Kontakt", owned by Sali Berisha's son-in-law, has been selling apartments in Drilon for weeks. On its official website and social media, the company announces that sales have begun, although construction of the so-called "Drilon Forests" has not yet begun.
Two days ago, it was revealed that Fatmir Bektashi has not yet received a building permit in Drilon. He has simply applied to the Territorial Development Agency. This was confirmed to the media by the ARD itself.
" The application for a Building Permit with No. 1282 Protocol, dated 08.02.2025, has been filed in the electronic e-permit system for the object: "Drilonit Forests, a complex with residential buildings 1-9 and 12 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with the developer "KONTAKT" SHPK, located in the Municipality of Pogradec". Currently, there is no decision yet from the National Council of Territory and Water (KKTU) on this application ," says the AZHT.
But here the scandal deepens even further. Since the fact that Bektashi has started sales and is advertising the project means that he has received a guarantee that the permit will be approved. The question that arises is: Who gave the guarantee to Jamarbër Malltez's partner?
It should be noted that Bektashi is under investigation by SPAK for two cases: In the "Partizani" file and in the "Veliaj" file. He is known as an associate of Berisha's son-in-law. Even evil mouths say that in fact it is Malltezi who owns the companies, but uses Bektashi. In "Home Plan" that occupied the former 'Partizani' complex, they were shareholders.
Berisha comes out every day and attacks the head of the AZHT, Adelajda Roka, after her brothers came out with the Suel Çela file, but in fact the latter has the permits for the Berisha family partner in her hands. Are we having the next Rama-Berisha bargain before the elections?
